The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious.

I recently stayed with a big group of friends at a hotel in Gabrovo. the location was perfect - in a very quiet neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. We were able to relax and get a good night's sleep without any disturbances. the rooms were clean and well-equipped, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. the hotel even had a small outdoor pool where we could cool off in the summer heat. Plus, there were plenty of interesting places to visit nearby, such as the town zoo and the Astronomic House.
That the WiFi at the hotel was a bit unreliable at times.

It is a new, modern hotel, with warm and hospitable staff. Also it is clean and has a beautiful view.
It is hard to find, a bit far from the town and there is no lift inside the hotel.

The Gabrovo Hills Hotel in Gabrovo is the cleanest hotel in Bulgaria. The hotel keeper is very attentive and keeps the hotel clean and enjoyable. The communication with the staff was excellent and we felt very welcome. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a good sleep. The mountain view from the hotel is stunning.

Stayed here for New Year’s with high expectations, but left disappointed. Fortunately, the place was exceptionally clean, and the staff was accommodating and friendly, making the stay bearable. The hotel was situated in a prime area, away from clubs that guarantee a loud night. Taxis to town were available for rent, so visitors can experience both worlds.
Our sleep on New Year's Eve was disturbed by guests in adjacent rooms and people outside the hotel walking home. One of our biggest disappointments was the range of food available, it was basic, and the same selection was repeated throughout our entire stay.

Located outside of the town, perfect for a quiet getaway. Stunning views of the mountains and fresh air. the pool is well maintained and the staff is friendly and welcoming. A great choice for a relaxing Easter.
The beds were extremely slim, and it almost felt like we were sleeping on the floor. the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy at times, but it wasn't a major concern.
